BEST DOCTOR ~ EVER FOUND 2/15/2010

Dr. D. is the best doctor I have found for truly listening to her patients concerns and complaints. Advocates for her patients to ensure they receive the care they deserve. She is compassionate, kind, and excellent bedside manners. She was so helpful to me when I was having issues outside of her area of expertise and took care to ensure I received the proper attention for the doctors she referred me to. Excellent can't say enough good things about her. Willing to wait....because I know I am getting the best care possible. Pros: Great listener and understanding to patients needs /concerns Cons: wait--but worth every minute more

long wait 7/1/2008

Be prepared to wait. The wait to see a doctors/PAs is often quit long, even hours long. My first appointment took over three hours and most of that time was just sitting in the waiting room. My second appointment (unrelated to the first) which was in the early morning, I had to wait over hour and a half before I saw the doctor. It would be nice if the Medical Doctors/PAs would schedule their appointment in more effective way. Maybe the practice is experiencing growth pains. It would be a shame to lose patiences over something so fixable. Pros: Dr Danforth is good at listening Cons: Poor! scheduling creating a poor image and fustration for all; patients and staff alike more

Great doctor, not-so-great welcome 2/11/2008

Dr. Danforth is wonderful! Her staff, however, is in need of some lesson in friendliness. The receptionist is often rude and/or indifferent, and, unfortunately, the wait is often awful. Our family, after going their for several years, left due to the headache of getting in to see Dr. Danforth. Its too bad, since she is a great doctor. Pros: Great doctor Cons: Unfriendly receptionists, long wait time more
