Danelle's Bridal Boutique

I took my family and inlaws with me to try on dresses. Danelle's was what girls dream of when they think about trying on their wedding dress. We all had champagne and snacks, a private room and very helpful staff to help me find the perfect dress...and it was PERFECT! Purchasing, ordering and receiving were a breeze. They even gave me a list of names of taylors and the one I chose was beyond amazing! Danell's will even steam your dress free of charge, what what they fail to tell you is you must schedule this at least 2 weeks before your pick up date. They did take my dress to steam even though I was just about a week and a half out from my wedding. I was picking it up the day before my wedding to keep it as pressed as possible before the big day. I arrived at 3:30 to pick it up before going to our hotel and rehursal dinner. They didn't have it ready. They said there was one wrinkle they needed to get out. Every 10 mins. they kept coming out saying it was almost done. I waited for 45 minutes. Clearly they had forgotten to steam it. When they did show me the dress, it was soaked with water from steaming and there were wrinkles everywhere. I couldn't wait a minute longer as I was already late for my rehursal dinner. Needless to say I ended up steaming my own dress the day of my wedding. Danells, you did such a great job up to this point. Please pay attention to this detail! The last thing you want to do is stress a bride so close to the wedding date! more

I am a bride to be next August and although married before I never had a wedding. I explained what I had in mind for my big day to Sade who immediately understood what I was looking for. She and the rest of Danelle's staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that I get my dream dress that was within my budget but with exceptional quality. I thoroughly read each document that they provided where it states clearly the payment policy and other expectations from Danelle's clients. Her paperwork is very well written and covers both the bride and the store equally. My wedding dress is just what they claim, unique, and I have yet to find anything like it anywhere else. Their care for their dresses is demonstrated as potential clients are encouraged to always use gloves when touching the dresses. I was so pleased with Danelle's honesty and professionalism that I went back for my veil and headband. I then went again for all of my bridesmaids to try on dresses which we loved. We felt like princesses in the store and we were treated with such care and courtesy that I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Danelle's was a great find and I will recommend the store to everyone planning a wedding or to girls who are going to Prom. All of the groomsmen will also get their wedding attire at Danelle's and I even found my incredible wedding planner, Christy Walters, through Danelle's. I don’t usually respond to reviews as I feel everyone has a right to speak their mind. Although in this case, the reviewer, Lauren, is completely inappropriate and dishonest and I feel compelled to set the record straight. The misleading, and in some cases, out and out false reviews were posted on Google on March 13th and 14th under aliases (they are also all posted on Judy’sBook under their real originated, Lauren), and here under LauraN. on March 13th. During these difficult economic times, we tried to come up with ways that girls could earn money towards their prom gown purchase and we were really trying to do something nice. With Lauren and her friends, it seems to have backfired. I guess nice guys can finish last, at least according to Lauren and her friends. So sad! There were 3 ways to earn money TOWARDS the purchase of a Prom gown. 1) Model in a prom fashion show which consisted of one meeting at my store (which Lauren was not present for) Showing up at the Prom Fashion show to receive FREE professional hair and make-up and wearing 2 dresses in a really fun fashion show. For this “hard work”?, each model would receive $50.00 towards the PURCHASE of their gown. 2) Working as a Prom Dresser with the hours going towards the purchase of a gown or 3) Referring Friends, earning $10.00 per friend who BOUGHT and if the referring gal sent 7 girls who BOUGHT I would pay her for 50% of her already PURCHASED gown. I have already paid one girl in full for her prom dress over $300.00 because she actually worked for it. Girls could do any of the above or all 3 if motivated. These opportunities were all posted on our website, face book and handed out at schools. We had 20 prom models/ambassadors of which only Lauren and her 2 or 3 friends did NOT seem to understand? We’ve spoken with each of them and again, only Lauren and her click of friends seemed to hear and read something different. I understand Lauren’s frustration with one of her friends getting paid $50.00 but it was my understanding it was for friends she had referred NOT just being in the fashion show. If I got that wrong, I apologize, sometimes things do get misunderstood. I’m not perfect but I am honest and I’m the first to say when I’ve made a mistake. Lauren would not accept my explanation so I see no reason to repeat myself over and over. I think it’s curious that the majority of our models/ambassadors “Got It”. I might recommend that Lauren take a reading comprehension class again, because it was in plain print everywhere, the opportunities to work TOWARDS your gown PURCHASE. Lauren shared with me she bought a $10.00 prom gown and I know she’ll be proud to wear it at Prom. I will invite you to keep shopping at Bridal Elegance, and dissuade you from ever coming into our store again. I also understand you and your friends have made up ridiculous lies about the quality of our gowns. Our gowns are some of the prettiest and unique gowns in town, although a few did get damaged during the Prom fashion show, of which they have been repaired. Thanks Again. Danelle, owner more

I worked as a model for this store, under the promise that I was getting paid for all my hard hours worked. I was told by Sadie, one of the prom ambasador consultants, that each girl would be paid, in cash, $50. Little did I know, that after Danelle got the fashion show she wanted, that she would kick us all to the curb and not give us the money we rightfully earned. She was stubborn and RUDE. She totally disregarded what HER fliers that she handed out said. It says nothing about store credit or having to use the money on a dress. Then, to top it off, I learned that one of the models got paid, in cash, even though I worked the same amount as she did. I heard about Danelle's at a Bridal Expo where I decided to set up an appointment. I was nervous because I had a recent bad experience with the first place I went to try on wedding dresses. Once I got to Danelle's, I immediately felt at ease! Pamela was such an incredible help and made me feel so incredibly comfortable. In fact, the first dress I tried on turned out to be ""the one!"" I had such an AMAZING experience, and I will absolutely recommend Danelle's to anyone! more

I went to Danelle's Bridal without an appointment, just to browse. It was a bridal show Sunday, and the two girls working were swamped, but they still coud not be more helpful and attentive - very IMPRESSIVE!\r We were there all afternoon and I left with the most gorgeous dress! I had three other stores lined up, but Danelle's ended up being the first and last, thanks to a friend's referral. \r I had such a great experience, and amy very glad I didn't have to go anywhere else.
