As owner of Dance Works I would like to apologize for the poor customer service you received. Having read your review I addressed the situation in the store and hope with your next visit you will have a better experience. We do have a smaller space, keeping the overhead low allows us to provide savings that we pass on to our customers. We have made changes to the store opening up the space but still providing a great selection of shoes, clothing and accessories. more

Dance works in Provo 11/15/2008

Yes this store was very small, but man do they carry a lot of dance supplies! I have been there several times and every time I go there they always have what I need. The people working there seemed to care about my needs and they were able to help me the entire time until I found just the thing that I needed. more

Dance Works Dance Supply Store 11/11/2005

Dance Works is a nice dance shoes and accessory store. It is a little small, so there is not not a lot of room between things as you browse for leotards and dance clothing which I find a little annoying. There seems to be too many products for such a small store front. Price ranges are about average, although they do have a nice selection of ballroom, ballet, pointe and other shoes as well as a variety of leotards. more

Not very attentive 10/31/2005

I came here to get something for my sister in law and I know nothing about dance. The saleswoman was on the phone (seemed like a personal conversation) and did not get off for a while. When I asked for advice on what would be most appropriate, she threw two choices at me and that was it. more
