They were good to me and im a boy 2/7/2009

im 14 and i walked in i think they were slightly astonished that i just went in there and asked them about ballet shoes i was treated very well they were very polite didn't make fun of me for trying to buy ballet slippers i was a little disappointed that they did not have my size in white i am going to try to go again tomorrow but i ended up buying black flats she tried to persuade me to join the class but i don't live around there. she did not treat my like a freak like the people at payless shoe source so i may continue useing dance synergy Pros: they had a large sellection for such a small store Cons: hard to see almost drove past it more

Great Customer Service 4/23/2008

The staff are very friendly and know all of the regular patrons by name. The atmosphere is very calming and comforting. The selection is amazing. They were even able to order my Birkenstocks straight from Germany (a style that no other retailer in the area could even get). Pros: If they make it, they can order it for you Cons: cluttered store more

Abuse 3/8/2008

I took my daughter to Dance Synergy as a surprise. She. has just started enjoying dancing. While we were picking some things out, she came over tome crying. One of the ladies working there had made a comment about her weight!!! I don't understand how they could do that to a girl. I am outraged by this. Don't bring your kids there unless they are in perfect dancing shape! Pros: Decent Selection Cons: Bad Service more

Horrible Customer Service 3/7/2008

Horrible Service. I do not recommend going here. Shirley was so rude to me. I had to just leave. I will NEVER go back there. Cons: Rude staff more
