Well I took my 03' Hyundai Tiburon on a Saturday because there was a leak in the fuel line. They we able to see me that day and I picked it up about an hour later. They charged ...

Excellent experience all around 8/4/2011

Took my car to a shop down the street first. They had it all day and never got back to me. Didn't figure anything out. AND lost my keys for a while. Then, at my brothers suggestion, I came here! Excellent experience all around! Super impressive. Thanks!! more

Love this place! 6/20/2011

I shopped around for new tires that I needed desperately. All other places, even discount tire quoted me around $6-700! I didn't have that kind of money. I went to Dana Tire as a last resort, Scott found me tires for $455! They took post dated checks so that I could pay it off in a few months. I am now on safe wheels! Oh and they checked everything else out for free! LOVE this place! more

I got a set of 4 tires at Dana Tire. The mechanic also wanted to do a front end alignment. He road-tested my Toyota Corrolla, came back and said I needed to replace the front right shock. He had it up on the rack before I saw him come back, and then tells me to look at the shock. I saw what appeared to be an oil leak. Closer inspection showed that the oil was new -- no possibility it could have leaked from a 5-year old shock. I asked him for an estimate -- $2100!!!! I said I'd get back to them, and instead went to two other shops. They both agreed that nothing was wrong with the shock. These guys a rip-off -- straight and simple. more

DO NOT GO TO DANA'S TIRES 12/9/2009

They took our money, told us that they will keep it for 4 tires. One of their workers, wrote the amount, signed it and said that when it's paid they will give us the tires. When we were ready to pay it off and want the tires, they said they didnt know what we were talking about. Someone said we paid, someone said we didn't pay. We have our receipts, when we showed it to them they said, they don't care we will not get the tires at the prices THEY quotes us and SIGNED for. They were mean and didn't want anything to do with us. more

Dana Tire is great customer service 8/29/2009

They replaced my two front tires on my Chevy Cobalt. The manager Steve was courteous and polite. They didnt overcharge and the service was fast. I need a rear tire replaced now and I will definitely go back to them for all my vehicle needs! more

Disappointed! 5/21/2009

Well I took my 03' Hyundai Tiburon on a Saturday because there was a leak in the fuel line. They we able to see me that day and I picked it up about an hour later. They charged $85 for the service and $10 for the parts. Now that seems a little pricey to me, especially for a fuel line, but what makes it even worse is that by Wednesday I started smelling fuel again and I noticed I was leaking fuel AGAIN!! So I'm having to take it again tomorrow after wasting a week's worth of gas. (Probably getting around 5 mpg right now with the leak) Regardless of if they fix it for free or not I'm extremely unsatisfied, it's ridiculous I have to take it in less than 5 days later to have it 're-fixed.' A fuel line is nothing too difficult to repair! Pros: Fast turn around Cons: Expensive more

Still the best after 14 years of using Dana Tire! 1/13/2008

I've been taking my various cars to Dana Tire ever since I moved to Chandler 14 years ago. Ted, Scott, Kenny and Steve have always treated me fairly. They go out of their way to provide service. They'll give me a ride home and, if necessary, come pick me up when my car's ready. They have on more than one occasion checked out a problem and not charged me (or charged me very fairly) when my Toyota dealer said it would cost hundreds to fix. They've also made recommendations for us about what cars would be lowest maintenance, and they've been right. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. more

Honest, reliable service 10/10/2007

If you're looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop, look no further. On more than one occassion, the problem required an easy fix and the shop manager didn't charge me. What a breath of fresh air when most mechanics try to nickle and dime you for everything. more

Fair and good 11/11/2005

These guys are the best local mechanics I have found in this area. I am willing to drive a little ways to get high quality repairs on my vehicles and not have to pay outrageous prices. They are fair and honest and they know how to fix cars. That is all you need to know. more

Honest Mechanics! 10/5/2005

These guys are fast, honest and inexpensive. We have dealt with them on all our repairs and for tires, for the last 3 years on the recommendation of a friend. We have never regretted it. They do a great job and treat you like family. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. I do have to say though, they need a bigger lot! more
