I don't even want to give them 1 star for the horrible service they provided, but yahoo made me choose at least 1. I purchased a used car and was lied to multiple times about the services they were supposed to have done to the car. All in all I have spent at least 8 hours in their establishment waiting (on 4 separate occasions) and at least 2 hours on the phone trying to get an answer from the someone. Their service manager Brian lacked the common courtesy he should have since he in fact is their Service Manager. On 2 occasions he didn't return calls that his other manager asked him to return, while checking me in he stopped what he was doing to look up another ticket and discuss with a mechanic, and never informed me of the multiple of problems he ran into with my vehicle causing me to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Each time I had to ask what was going on after about 90 mins. Then in the end he blamed the salesman for all the issues. My car is under warranty and I would rather dri
