In the time it took me to decide on a car, Regina was patient and very easy to work with in every way. Payl Dempsey made the trade in of my older car a good experience as well. Came here to check out the Subaru BRZ. Had done a fair amount of research online and wanted to check it out in person. Took a test drive, and I liked the car. Prices were comparable to other dealers. Did not purchase anything that day, but was treated well without any pressure. Would come back when ready to purchase something, as the prices are better here than in the city, on average. Waiting area is comfortable and there's popcorn and coffee if that's your thing. more

I have been to Premier Subaru in Branford let me tell you the experience I had with them..TERRIBLE\r after watching their commercials on TV about being ""No Hassle"" best price blah blah blah I went with my friend as soon as we got in the parking lot sales reps were all over us being so pushy and asking like are you guys really planing on buying a car soon or what? Right from the beginning i had a bad experience with them and after looking thru the lot I went inside and talk to the sales rep and got some monthly estimates on payments etc, I decided to wait and compare pricing from other dealerships..\r \r That's when I went to Dan Perkins Subaru and had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!\r \r Right from the beginning the sales rep was very helpful without being so pushy at all and after going over number and estimated monthly payments etc.It was very clear that Dan Perkins won me over it was about $3,000 cheaper then Premier Subaru and I had the best customer service experience....I would NEVER recommend anyone to Premier Subaru their ""Hassle Free Commercials "" is a JOKE you get hassled the minute you walk in the parking lot.\r \r Now I'm going to recommend everyone in my family and friends to visit Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford they are the BEST!!! more

My husband and I visited Dan Perkins to purchase a new car for myself. The whole time I was there I did not feel pressured to buy anything from them. We looked at both the Outback and Forester and were able to test drive both and discuss both. They never tried to ""sell"" us on either vehicle. After researching many different makes and models we decided to make a purchase from them and I would definitely do it again. more

Often when husband & I are looking for a car they are jerks to me and all ""guy car talk"" to him. Here the salesman did talk the extra car stuff with my husband but he still treated me nice! There was no pressure we were looking at a few different cars, and he gave us honest opinions on what he thought was best and what would work best for us. Really great people there. I've never experienced service this great makes you enjoy looking for a car! Wish I remembered our salesman's name all i remember is he had brown hair and a young daughter but he was honest fair & friendly more

Mark Mesidor is wonderful to work with. I have owned over 15 new cars in the past 25 years. In the last 12 years I have purchased 9 Subaru's. I would not think of going to anywhere else. Mark and his team of Service Writers are the best. Especially Gina and Dave. They are friendly knowledgeable but most of all they care.\r \r As far as I am concerned Mark shop be nominated for the best Service Director in the Northeast. He is by far the best that Dan Perkins has had over the years. I would alkso nominate Gina as one of the best service writers in the Northeast. In addition, Mark has a great staff of Mechanics especially John, Gene, Jimmy and Brad. The job is always done right.\r \r Finally, Anthony is wonderful to work with when I need parts. He is an excellent PArt Manager and always gets back to me. more

I have taken my car to Dan Perkins Subaru on several occasions for routine maintenance and repairs. Each time I enter the service department I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly face. In the past I would be hesitant about bringing my car in for service in fear that the service advisors would try to up sell or over charge me for services. Here at Dan Perkins Subaru this is NEVER an issue! Dave Ortiz is always kind, Friendly, and honest about all repairs. He does go out of his way to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible. I am also always offered a loaner so that I do not have to wait around or try to find a ride to work. I did wait for a minor repair one time and had a great experience! The waiting area is very comfortable, they always have fresh coffee brewing and snacks to munch on while you wait. I would recommend getting your vehicle serviced here to anyone! The staff is great and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make your experience here the best. Keep up the good work!! more

Brought my vehicle in for service and other mechanical issues on several occassions. Every visit I was greated by very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They were very in tune with my needs if the job would take more time than I was able to wait, I was offered a loaner in order to get around while my vehicle was being worked on. The staff took very good car of me and my vehicle. I would recommend anyone who would need service on there vehicle without a doubt. Thank you for such a pleasant, stressless experience. more

I went to other Subaru dealers, no one comes close to Dan Perkins in terms of price, friendlyness and a great salesman Bob Oshrin. he made the buying of an outback a pleasure. he was to the point, knows his product and without pushing makes the deal easy to conclude. I had my day in court against them for a lemon of a truck. I know in my heart the judge wanted to award me compensation for my numerous problems. But due to the law I received nothing. I did get my voice heard to the people of the court and let them know of the bad cars they now sell.They offered me 400.00 dollars for my troulbles, before we went in tio see the judge. I said, no I will take my chances. I know it cost Mr. Perkins more for his lawyer to show up. It only cost me 75.00 dollars and he also had his general manager there. They are a bunch or slimes who will do anything to get you into a vehicle and then forget about you. I had been a customer since 1992 , not anymore I go to Maritime Motors In Fairfield,where you are treated fairly and they service your problems without question. more
