Worst

My refrigerator didn't work, looked up factory service on Amana website and chose Dan Marc. They showed up that afternoon as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broke...

Overcharged!!! 6/12/2019

Very poor service experience and I will never use them again. First of all I received a bill of $350 for replacing a refrigerator control part that cost $70 on Amazon and EReplacement parts which they marked up to $91 and took no more than 5 minutes to replace. Then I was charged $120 for labor which amounted to removing a plastic cover, two screws, unclipping a wiring harness and then doing the reverse. Lastly, they had the audacity to charge me $114.95 for a diagnostic fee on top of the grossed up labor charge. It is no wonder that they have so MANY complaints on Yelp, Google and now the Better Business Bureau (yes I filed a BBB complaint as well). more

Dispicable Service 10/9/2018

I have found this company to be very difficult to work with, after calling for a repair for a third time on the same appliance, they have been extremely uncooperative as to the return for the final repair of my appliance. I may further add that they have been difficult on scheduling, and had taken it upon themselves to schedule for a time that was originally scheduled for a morning service call The only good thing about this company is the service man that came to the home more

Poorest service ever 9/6/2012

They came four times without the right "wrench" then "fixed" my washing machine. After they left, the new seal came undone and out house was flooded. They blamed it on the transmission. Speaking to other service professionals this is am impossibility. Obviously they did not repair the machine correctly. They were rude and obnoxious and took no ownership. Stay away. Use someone else --anyone else. more
