CIRCUIT AND LIGHT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY 7/31/2010

On September of 2008 I contracted Mr. Daley to do some outdoor underground security lighting for my residence. The work was completed and the total balance paid in full by me; no complaints but soon after the install, one of our lights kept going out. After a few weeks of my switching the circuit breaker on/off every other day Mr. Daley decided that the light was going out because of water leakage (wrong). Cons: NEVER FIXED PROBLEM, STOPPED RETURNING PHONE CALLS more
