Dalton Plumbing Co

I have had several leaks fixed, a hot water heater installed, and three sinks installed by Dalton Plumbing. I cannot be happier. Doug is a very knowledgeable plumber. He stands behind everything he says and does. Our water heater was leaking from a spot (not related to the installation), and he was able to repair it at no cost. He also has reasonable prices and is very prompt.\r \r On an unrelated non-business note. I researched some of the negative comments that were made and found that not only were they false, but they were produced by employees of other plumbing companies! I did not realize the plumbing market was that ""cut-throat."" This is a VERY thinly veiled attempt at character assassination. When you need something plumbed, Dalton Plumbing is the best in Kansas City! more

Great job!! Would highly recommend him! He showed up on time which is a huge plus for us! There is nothing worse than taking time off work to wait for someone to come by for an appointment and you end up waiting and wating. He also resolved our garbage disposal problem. more

This plumbing company always exceeds my expectations! The owner always finds a way to get me scheduled, and the turn-around time is excellent with his very busy schedule. In regards to the review from the lesbian?? What a lie!!!! And a shame that there are people who hate (GOD) so much as to attack someone who is a Christian just trying to make a living doing quality work at a reasonable price. If that is her picture, I have never in my life seen her or heard of a Wilson before. As far as someones sexual preference, it is not my business nor do I care unless they try to impose it on me or my family. About the allegations on being a bigot, I believe I try to be open minded and loving to many. It's not my job to judge though I do know (THE ONE WHO IS) Judge. The comment about the The Westboro Baptist Church is one that couldn't be further from the truth, I don't condone any of their actions and make it public right here that I would not associate with them or their cause in any way. About my black friends, whom I love very much, I don't think they would agree that I belong to the KKK. To all of you that have read the review of the so proud but so anonymous lesbian, I apologize.. The remark could very well come from my competition and just goes to show you that you should take a review on this website with a grain of salt, the contractor you choose may be the very one who wrote about me and may just be the one that shows up at your house ??? This business is ran by a bigot! I'm a proud lesbian, it's who I am, I can't change who I am but I can speak out about my experience. I had to hear all about how my life style of choice is wrong according to his misguided Christian views. NOT recommended! I believe the person who runs this business would attend Westboro Baptist Church and would not be surprised if he is attending KKK meetings. You did not get my business because of your actions and words. I gladly accepted the bid from Quality Plumbing Inc. for the work I needed done. more

I have used Dalton Plumbing twice and have had nothing but a great experience. The first time I used him he completed a bathroom for us. It turned out great. Dalton Plumbing shows up when they say they are going to and completes the job as they say they will. I would recommend Dalton Plumbing to anyone. more

I have used Dalton Plumbing for years. I have never been mistreated or miss-lead from him (Doug Dalton) or his crew. I have recommended him too many friends and family. All that had used him also complimented his work detail and expertise. To see negative comments posted on sites about this man and his work makes me very upset. That is why I am writing to help his name not be slain. Doug Dalton is a very honorable Christian man that works hard for his company. The negative adds posted sound like a CON from other plumbing companies to push him out of business. From the bottom of my heart, I believe that this man would do a great job with any plumbing need you have. But even if you don't use him, know that people use the internet to hurt companies and to try and push them out of business, and then little people (like my-self) have to back them up because he probably doesn't even know things like business reviews on this web-site even exist. So, shame on you if you are one to do that to hard working people in this world. If Mr. Dalton messed up on a job or if one of his employees did. I know for a fact he would fix it with out thinking twice or charging extra. WHY you ask, because this is his job and he wouldn't want to jeopardize his name in any way. Read his web-site.
