Dalrock did such a good job on repairing my homes foundation I thought I would do something I usually never do.. Write a review\r \r First of all the inspector came out to give us a free assessment on our repairs. We were surprised that we really did not need as many piers as we first thought and the cost was lower than expected. Justin we want to thank you for being so honest. !\r \r First they scheduled a Engineer to make an inspection to confirm the number of piers we needed, the crew arrived the next day. Our job only required 5 piers so the crew was here only a few hours. We were impressed how fast the work was completed and our flower bed was put back into shape. They removed all trash and even washed off the sidewalk.\r \r After the work was completed the Engineer came back out to do the final inspection and said that in the area of the repairs that everything looked as it should. Next out was the plumber to perform a slab leak test.\r \r They did a super job making our repairs and we would highly recommend them to our friends ! more

Dalrock did a great job fixing my my house in in Frisco. The estimator Jamie was on time, Crew was on time, Office was always there to answer any of my questions. Thankfully Jamie only placed our piers where the work was needed. Other companies tried to pier the entire house and Jamie only focused on the front of the house, where the engineer said the work was actually needed. \r \r The crew did a great job of clean up too. After they left all there was no trash left on my yard, and I did not need to baby-sit the process. I was glad they permited the job with the city. It gave me a sense of comfort knowing they were ""official"" and ""detailed"" in this area. I was also told the job would take two days, and thats exactly how long it took. Both front rooms had no extra separation once the house was lifted. Yes I was expecting it, but for the most part they only had to lift the front 1.2 inches. They also sent out a plumber to test the foundation for any possible leaks after they finished lifting the front of the house. Thankfully I did not have anything to worry about. I also liked how the forman asked if I was completely happy , before I wrote the check. We tested the sprinklers, and I told him every thing looked great. I don't use review sights allot, but its important to that when companies do great jobs, its my job to inform the public as much as I can. =) more

I was shocked, so when I called minutes later after regaining my senses Rex said that I did not look like the type to pay for a $12,000 foundation repair and he did not want to take an hour to do a proper estimate. more

My house started getting sticky doors and our brand new travertine tile floor developed cracks across the kitchen and living room. Had multiple companies over. One said ""not bad enough to fix"", another said ""probably a water leak"". The insurance sent an engineering team and concluded it was NOT a water leak. I contacted Dalrock for a second opinion and Rex came over looked at all the paperwork took some measurements and said it look like a root problem, recommended a root barrier, and told me where and how to put it in. He also said the foundation would return closer to its correct level after about 1 year, so to wait it out and not do any repairs. A year later (actually 16 months, cause I procrastinated), I called them back and they came in today. They checked all the levels and confirmed the foundation is much less out of whack than it was back then. No foundation repair needed. I can now repair my tile floor.\r \r I full heartedly recommend them to anyone. Of all the different companies I worked with, they were the only ones that felt honest, knowledgeable, friendly and not out to sell me something even if I didn't need it. Thank to Dalrock and staffs for offering the peaceful mine for us. Dalrock offers affordable foundation repair and the staffs came as appointment, worked hard all day, and finished up the work with new nice landscape for our home. Worked beyond to help remove the stump of dead tree in the backyard. Excellent job! We recommend to friends and people we know. more

I met with the owner Rex and was very impressed with his overall professionalism. They took precise elevations to determine that my foundation was settling. He provided me with a written estimate and cost of the repair. They took time to carefully re-root all my bushes and shrubs and ensured that they were all watered once the job was complete! A neighbor having foundation work done highly recommended Dalrock. I called and they promptly came over as they were working in the neighborhood. They checked out my foundation and said I was only having normal movement and not to worry. They also offered to come over and repair my mortar for no charge since they were working nearby. I was very pleased with their honesty and service. more

Satisified Customer. We were noticing 6/6/2012

Satisified Customer. We were noticing interior sheet rock cracks, brick cracks, and the front door would not lock correctly. The house is only 12 years old, but a couple of years ago we had a leak test done because the water bill was extreme. The plumber identified a leak under our the foundation Because of the leak were we afraid we would at some time need foundation repair work. During the wet months of the season the cracks get better and the front door will even lock, but now that its getting hot outside the cracks are coming back and the front door will no longer lock. We were happy with the company because they arrived on time and made the repairs as agreed. Our house had problems at the front. With the Steel piers they used it fixed our issue. We would highly recommend them. more
