Kayden did a back piece for me and it is awesome. The first tattoo I ever had done was a memorial piece for my nephew by another artist however after a few years it realy didn't go with the rest of the work that I have hade done since that time. I stopped into the shop in Addison and was impressed with the work of his that I saw in his portfolio and knew that I had found my new artist. I wanted to be respectful of the original piece but knew that it would be a challenge to mesh it with the composition of the other work. I came in with some ideas that were eliments of things that I had seen on tee shirts, posters, etc. and just asked Kayden to come up with something original utalizing loose interpretations of all of the stuff we looked at and discussed. He had me sit down started sketching directly on my back. There were a couple of things he asked about the direction that I wanted to go but my standard answer was ""what you think will look the best, just do it"". About about five and a half to six hours later I had an incredable back piece that goes from shoulder to shoulder and from the top of my neck to the middle of my back full color, shading, the works. The composition, ballance, color selections, etc. were all perfect. In a couple of weeks I am going back and have him add another piece that will start just below the other one and take the work all the way down to my lower back. I have had work done by three other artists and always received compliments on the pieces, but Kayden's piece is the best yet. Kayden is the only artist that will be doing any of my work from now on. I can't over-sell him...he is that good!
