Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

This place is so comfortable and the price is not that expensive. You can really see and feel the things that you are paying for. I like the responsiveness of the crew. more

We stayed here on a belated birthday weekend. Great location at the Shops of Legacy. Service and amenities are typical of upper middle hotel. Nothing exceptional on the property itself, but we really did like the little lake out in front and spent some hours sitting and watching people. more

We had been using another nearby Marriott property for business meetings and while it was always okay there were a couple of problems and the Marriott Legacy blew it away.\r \r First, many great options within walking distance for a meal. And, even when we were served a meal from the hotel it was a very nice surprise. It was fantastic! We even had a hot breakfast cooked to order in the hallway outside of our meeting room. Usually those meals are serve yourself. This was cool.\r \r Even the afternoon snacks were great and unexpected. Popcorn, candybars, ice cream bars and pretzels all were a welcome surprise.\r \r The room was also very nice. Great HDTV, nice bed, nice bathroom, etc. One complaint was a couple of the channels weren't coming in (USA was one), but none of the ones I wanted, so I didn't mind.\r \r The staff was great too. It was nice that most every employee I spoke with spoke understandable English even though it may not have been their native language. Hard to expect anymore. more

The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center is a fun place to stay. not only is everyone who works there nice and friendly, they are very helpful with tips on thing to go do. The best part is that most of the places to eat and things to do are with in walking distance of the hotel! I would recommend this place to stay. more

This hotel was luxurious! Especially the rooms; they had feather beds and down comforters, it was so comfortable. The rooms were very clean, room service was quick and the staff was friendly. The pool is heated, so when we went at night, it was so relaxing, and the lighting was romantic?The hotel is set in a great location, too. Close to the Shops at Legacy Plaza, and a great variety of restaurants. Nice city; close to Dallas. Would stay here again. Pros: ambience, service, Cons: parking costs... more
