I agree with OPPA. Allowing on-line citizen input would probably cause a melt-down especially from tax paying citizens that are Section 8 landlords.\r \r How about starting a website......Don't Rent To 'Em to allow venting and to save folks a lot of grief and heartache from some of Dallas' worst? more

Dallas County Section 8 5/26/2011

This part of the Dallas Housing Authority who apparently does not want citizen input. Realizing that they have an unthankful job to perform there is no way for a taxpayer to submit a complaint or problem without appearing before them in person. Even the City Council can be contacted by e mail. Why not them? more
