OK, I've been to almost all the Tapas places in Boston, Dali is good and different. It's pricier than some of the other Spanish restaurants in town, but its decor is nicer, and its options more original. I would never go on a weekend. It's a nightmare.
They are constantly changing the menu - which is great, but it leads to inconsistent food quality. The first time I went, it was unbelievable - everything perfect! We ordered all tapas, and nothing that we had ever tried before. More recently, we stuck to more traditional Spanish food (jamon serrano, gambas aillo (sp?) etc.) These were a dissapointment. My suggestion - if you want a great dining experience, go to Dali. If you want great Spanish tapas that's reasonably priced, go to Tasca (Comm. Ave in Brighton). Oh, and if you want waiters who speak Spanish, try Spain.
Pros: Originality, Decor, Service
Cons: Pricy, Parking difficult, Inconsistent
