D'alessio Chevrolet Buick

Absolute worst dealer service in America. Charged me $145 for a 5 mile tow ... then sat on the car for a week unable to determine what was wrong ... assured me at pickup that nothing was wrong with car despite having to tow car to dealer ... 100 feet out of dealer check engine light went back on ... returned to dealer and was told they guarantee it is nothing just an oxygen sensor ... left dealer and car became un-driveable within a few minutes ... managed to get off highway exit and car stopped completely in middle of intersection ... called dealer six times for three hours and they refused to cover tow to return vehicle and made every excuse imaginable to cover for their ""technicians"" ... refused to even acknowledge that they charged me for towing an exorbitant amount without authorization in advance ... refused to take responsibility for poor service department work ... refused to acknowledge that the service department advisers can not even be reached by phone ... and to top it all off ... tried to lecture about how they have good technicians ... after so much silliness and the General Manager making a bad situation worse I towed the car to another dealer ...\r more

after bringing my corvette in for service and having it returned damaged, dirty, and with poor quality work performed on it i submitted a poor customer review. when the dealership heard that i gave a poor customer review response i was denied by the owner from getting my car serviced at the dealership. very poor business practices. would not recommend. more

I was nervous to have a car buying experience and get burned. My sister and bro in-law recommended Dalessio Chevy because they brought their truck in for service 5 months prior. Well they came with me and I ended up buying a slightly used Malibu with low low miles. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into it and actually bought the car on my second visit. Over the past two years I have been bringing my SUV here for maintenance and to make it look better. I get my oil changed here and the latest thing they did was a new grille to it. It looks up the part! Could not be happier. I love all the heads that turn when I am driving. I will definitely keep coming back to add more things to my car. more

I use my truck for construction. I am always in and out, and the interior of my truck is waring out quite fast. I am very happy with how much better the truck looks with new mats. The mats really are like water resistant and very durable. more

We came to Dalessio knowing exactly what car we wanted. We left with exactly the car we came for. Enough said. Although we paid a little more then we initially wanted to, they worked with our credit which we were a little caught off guard about since the last time I checked it was much higher. John didn't have that salesman mentality so there was little pressure and he was accomodating to say the least. Their first offer to us was based off of their list price on their computer which was about 1700 higher than what we eventually paid. We didn't have much room to negotiate since our credit was out of whack, but they worked with us to get the payments with in our range. The car checked out perfect and we were satisfied. Overall they were not too pushy. I would recommend them again and would go back for another purchase. more

I like the idea of having the expertise of a GM certified dealership but what I was most impressed with was the personal service and overall quality. They were very detail oriented, honest, and I felt like I got a great value for the cost. I spent under $100 and the owner still came out to thank me for the business. Also, they clean your car even after a simple oil change or tire rotation which is something you won't get at other local shops or dealerships. I'm going to go out of my way to get my car serviced here from now on just because of the personal approach to service and high quality. more
