Great customer service 4/5/2014

Our 17 year old son needed to buy new tires and have some other things checked out. Sam had so much patience with him, answering questions and giving sound advice. We so appreciate everything you do for our family! Thanks. more

Tires, alignment and front end work. 3/28/2014

This car had tire issues. Discovered it was a idler arm and Pitman arm replacement. This messed up the tire tread. Now, after those things were replaced, and aligned, my Tahoe drives awesome! more

I saved money at Dale's 3/14/2014

I took my BMW for a scheduled maintenance and Dale's Auto saved me hundreds of dollars over what the dealer wanted to charge me. Dale's Auto did what needed to be done rather than doing a lot of unneeded work. more

Good auto care, alittle pricey. 2/25/2014

The estimate went from $275 to $418 to $375. Mark up on the parts were 50-80% which I thought was excessive...but gave a 15% discount overall....still pricey for $85 worth of parts and 2 hours labor. more

Good Service 2/21/2014

Brought my car in to have tire changed and key fob fixed. They had ordered one tire in advance, found another one was bad and went out of their way to get the second tire and make sure it was well placed on the car. Also offered helpful advice on alignment. more

Trust 1/20/2014

Dales Auto was recommended by a friend. We all know how hard it is to find a Auto Care shop that we can trust and my friend said I could trust them. I bought a car that had some problems and took it to Dales with a small budget to fix it. Dales looked at it and told me all that was wrong with it. They helped me by making sure the worst got fixed and made sure my new/old car was safe for me to drive. I trust that Dales will tell me the truth and do what is needed. more

Attention to Detail 12/12/2013

I went in for an oil change--I love how Dale's Auto Care goes the extra mile! Rotated my tires and saw that although I had gotten my new license tags, I hadn't put them on yet because it has been so cold. They put the tags on along with my Parks pass. Dale's Auto Care--thoughtful, considerate, friendly, complete service! more
