Good food and Nice Presentation 3/30/2006

This restaurant is a little on the nicer side as far as restaurants go in Buffalo. Therefore you will pay a little more for your meals. That said the food is very good here which helps to justify the price. The chicken dishes are particularly tasty and enjoyable. There is also a separate cigar bar that still allows smoking in a public location. It is allowed due to a grandfather clause that allows it. It is separated from the rest of the restaurant so while you are eating you don’t actually smell any of the smoke. more

The smoking ban in New York State prevents you from smoking in almost every bar and restaurant in the area. This cigar bar is grandfather claused in, so the bar area allows smoking. The food here is also very good, and if you are a smoker don’t worry because the smoking section is separated from the dining room. more

Great atmosphere and Manhattan style food 3/24/2006

I know the executive chef there, let's just say the steak and seafood is one of the best in Buffalo. They have just implemented a weekly wild game special "Bison Tenderloin" ( I had it personal my self, recommend it medium rare, very tender piece of meat to say the least) Whether you prefer pasta dishes as your forte or you are a meat eater at heart,they truly have something for everyone's taste palette. Let's not forget the amazing appetizers that will surely bring you back for more........ Try the stuffed portabella mushroom as your main appetizer, you won't be sorry. more
