Couldn't be more happier with my experience. Ted and his staff took personal interest in our transaction, wasn't easy getting rid of the good old 98 Ram that I'd had since new, but the new 1500 with the awesome hemi made it too hard to pass up! Fair price for trade, great price on new vehicle made it the right time to trade up. The thing is - this place actually takes the time to listen to what you want and helps you get it done, without trying to get you into something you don't want. Great experience, takes the headaches out of buying a vehicle. Couldn't recommend more, they'll actually listen to what you want and help you find it!! more

I have been getting my car fixed at Dakota Chrysler for years, but had never bought a vehicle from them. I recently test drove several used cars and ended up settling on a very nice one that fits my needs. The salesman was very patient with me... I wanted to test drive LOTS of cars. Thanks! more

Unique because my wife is disabled so our search for a SUV was dependent upon the internet. Surprisingly, only Ted and his staff at Dakota Chrysler took my search seriously. Ted asked what I wanted, listened to me and then set his group to finding it. I picked up a Pontiac Torrent yesterday and it was a pleasure to work with such honest, competent and reassuring car dealers. I know I am one of many clients in any given year, yet they made me feel like I was the only client who mattered while I was working with them. I would trust recommending them to sell a car to may own mother - and this special treatment was given even though my purchase was only going to be a late model used SUV. Great folks! more

These guys are far, honest and made a great offer on my trade in. It was well worth the drive from Fargo to check them out. I am very happy with my purchase of a [barely] used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I will do business with them again. A pleasure to do business with, it was an all around good experience. more
