The Dairy Bear is basically an ice cream shop that serves food. The place was remodeled and it looks amazing! It looks like a log cabin and there are tables out front ,on the side and under the covered area out back.
The music they play gets on my nerves,so we usually don't stay and eat our treats. If you don't mind a lot of twangy banjo type music, you might like it. What you will definately like is the ice cream.
The menu includes Flavorburst soft serve ice cream, regular soft serve and a variety of hard dip ice creams. You can have it just about anyway you want it- in a cone or a cup, a waffle cone(plain or dipped in chocolate), a sundae or even a shake. They also have a flurries and other special ice cream treats. If you are hungry for something other than ice cream, they have burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and fries as well. Food is not served on Sundays.
Make sure and stop by the new gift shop. It's in the back behind the parking lot. They have some pretty interesting stuff in there.
