The owner and sushi chef is named Tiger. Tiger really understands fish and has a great eye at the market. That means your sushi is tastier. Because this is a small place they don't always have the more exotic offerings.\r

Service is smooth and fast. Ambience is a step up from stripmall sushi house.\r

Tiger is not afraid to innovate and if you tell him what you like, he will surprise you with his offerings. I eat sushi frequently, and have, for more than 20 years and I really like eating here. Oh, and the prices: much better than most sushi in LA, with no loss of quality. It's fun too. \r

Did I mention there is shabu shabu? I'm such a sushi fiend that I haven't tried it, but they always seem like they are having fun over at the shubu bar. :)
