I have heavy stress at my work. I didn't know how to control all stress. My body was getting tight, especially my neck and shoulder was very stiff, then; my friend introduced to me the Dhan Yoga Center. First class, we did breathing and Brain Wave Vibration Meditation. I got very calm and relaxing feeling after finishing the class. Now I am almost practice Dhan Yoga over two month. My body is getting light and soft. Also, I got the power for handling my emotion. I am very happy every daily life. I recomand to somebody who has a same prblem with me. I love Dhan Yoga!! Thank you!!
