I have tried many different Yoga styles before: Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikhram; but this one is the best I have ever experienced. It is very eays to learn, but so effective; it's the first I have found body, breathing, and mindfulness combined in this way. Probably that's why the classes are so effective. I feel I can all stress from a whole week in just a single 1-hour class. When I come out of the center I feel so peaceful and ready to go home and spend a great evening with my family. I'm happy I found this place. I highly recommend it to anybody (any age) who wants to feel stress-free again.
