When I started at the Dahn Yoga I was having a lot of pain in my right hip and knee. I had some injuries from sports. Also I noticed it was difficult to relax and focus. After one or two classes I knew I had found something special and I began practicing on my own as well as in class. Over time I became much more flexible, I can now sit crosslegged with ease and my breathing is greatly improved. I have more endurance and I feel more peaceful around people and when I have to give presentations. I highly recommend this class!
