I absolutely love going to Dahn Yoga! It's become my place to go when I need to let go. I feel like I can relax as soon as I walk in. The best things I've experienced so far is healthy eating habits, better sleep patterns and ability to control my mind to a more peaceful way. I can also feel energy! And have a better sense of my life purpose, which is healing myself and others.
