Since coming to classes just a few days ago. I was able to get rid of my back pain that I have had for 5 years. Very good stretching, great guidance. Different from any yoga I did before, but I like it. Seems like easy workout with very good energy awareness. When they checked my body it made a lot of sence and I am trying to follow the guidance. I'll recommend to anybody. A+ Pros: Service Cons: Parking more
