I worked with Dagny six months ago when I was interested in purchasing a bigger home for me and my son. In the meantime, I needed a place to stay so she helped me rent a condo too. I must say that this experience made me see that not everything they say about realtors is true. Dagny Eason is an amazing person, very talented and determined. She is the type of person that always gets results, and I can honestly say that the outcome was exactly what I desired. more

Last summer I had a really hard time surviving the heat, and because the air conditioner system was not enough I decided to get a pool. Of course, I sought advice and help from the most competent person I knew in matters of real estate and house improvements: Dagny Eason. Her knowledge of such things has always impressed me, and this case was no exception. She called a team of professionals for evaluation, and just one week before the summer heat began my pool was ready. Benefiting from her assistance is a real pleasure, and I believe that she has the answers and solutions for every house problems one might encounter. more

A while ago there was a terrible storm that caused my house some damage. Two windows got cracked and my garden was simply flooded. Dagny was the one who offered me help and support and even more than that, she arranged for a team to come and replace the windows and drain the water. It would have taken me a long time to do all this on my own. I have all the appreciation and gratitude in the world for Dagny. more

I am delighted that the sale of my house went better than I hoped. With Dagny as my realtor I didn’t have to worry about anything. She discussed with potential clients, took care of the inspections, and in only 1 month she sold it. Her efficiency and professionalism are truly to be admired. more

When I decided it is time for me to move on my own the home listings terrified me. I was worried I will never find a decent home in my price range, but luckily at Dagny’s Real Estate I found the advice and help I needed. Dagny Eason, my agent, helped me narrow my searches and she finally helped close the deal on a beautiful home with a huge garden. My house has wall to wall carpeting and cleaning can become ridiculously tiring. Because between my two jobs I didn’t have time to do house chores, I called Dagny and talked to her about my problem. She offered to help me once again, and found a small cleaning firm that could make my carpets look great. I decided to give this a try and till this very day I still use the services of these carpet cleaners. Dagny is a tremendous realtor who doesn’t stop working for you in the moment you sign the papers. She is dedicated and truly inspiring. more

Relocating to another state is a challenging thing to do 9/17/2012

Relocating to another state is a challenging thing to do. Luckily for me, Dagny made the transition much easier. She offered me answers, solutions, and assistance. She arranged for a moving company to carry all my stuff to the new location, and she made sure that nothing is missing. As a realtor she always made time to answer my questions, and helped me fix my house so that the level of comfort is the one I desired. more

I contacted Dagny a year ago when I first came to Connecticut. As my job demanded I relocate here, I needed a nice place to live in. Dagny has helped me find the perfect condo, and in addition to this she gave me information and advice regarding lawyers and inspectors I could call when needed. It was a lovely experience, and I am glad my decision was to choose her as my real estate agent. more

After I discovered that under the carpets in my bedroom there are hardwood floors 8/22/2012

After I discovered that under the carpets in my bedroom there are hardwood floors I couldn’t wait to remove the carpets for good. Dagny was the one who made it possible for me to have awesome hardwood floors. She found the workers who removed the carpeting and polished the floors to make them look like new. Dagny is really an inspiration for me and has been my rescue many times now. I recommend her as a realtor for her incredible skills and friendly attitude. more

In my opinion, Dagny was more than a real estate agent. She was friendly, honest, and dedicated. And, even after I made a purchase she kept in touch, and recommended me a great plumber to help me fix some problems. This experience with her completely changed my opinion on realtors, and it is all because of her kindness. more

There are many real estate agents who can help you sell a house 8/16/2012

There are many real estate agents who can help you sell a house, but if you want to get the price you asked for Dagny is the only one who can help. She knows how the market works, she has plenty of connections, she is an awesome negotiator, and open houses are her thing. Better yet, she constantly kept us informed, and provided answers and solutions to all the questions and problems that we had. more

When we decided to sell our home and buy a bigger one 8/13/2012

When we decided to sell our home and buy a bigger one, we didn’t consider the fact that meanwhile we would have no place to live in. Dagny has really been our rescue. While she was taking care of the selling she also found a great place for us to rent until all the procedures were done. She is truly a wonder. Her abilities to negotiate got us a bigger price than we expected for our house, and thanks to her knowledge of the area we finally moved into a beautiful house with a spectacular view over the woods. more

I believe that Dagny is an amazing person. From the first moment I met her and till the present day she has done nothing but good to me. One day when I was going to work my garage door got stuck and I couldn’t get my car out. I finally had to take the bus, but I also asked Dagny if she doesn’t know someone who could help me fix it. She has been very receptive and willing to give me a hand. She found someone very well-prepared who fixed my garage door, and did a great job. more
