Daffodil Storage

Google the address 3501 S 38th street, Tacoma, Washington 98409 & you will find it is a storage company called "Daffodil Storage " I called & they said they have not affiliation with Moving Services of America. Also, if you call the Department of Transportation (DOT) hotline at 1-888-368-7238 you will find that Moving Services of America is not licensed! They WERE a licensed company (DOT #1462677) operating under the name Allstate Relocation Van Lines and had THEIR LICENSE REVOKED in April of 2011. This company is super shady! They post fake positive reviews (notice that EVERY review has 5 stars, and many reviews are recycled) to try to bring in unsuspecting customers. If you do a google search on this company you will find they have multiple locations, but each location is just another storage company that has never heard of them. This company ripped my husband and I off, they delivered our stuff a month late, boxes were missing, and they lied to us about how much our belongings weighed. I didnt know they were so shady until it was too late because believed these fake reviews!! Please Protect yourself! Do your homework and check on their DOT#. more

I would definitely recommend Moving Services of America. The three men were all very nice and worked efficiently and quickly. They took great care of all of my furniture and paintings and made the move as smooth as possible. more

I booked Moving Services of America at short notice (two days before my move). They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and their pricing was transparent. Velocity's movers took excellent care of my furniture: everything arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use Velocity again, and will happily recommend them to my friends. more

I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received. I had to move on a Saturday morning and booked it last minute and they were able to accommodate. Both of the people that came arrived exactly on time and actually beat me to the storage unit that I was unloading. It was pouring rain that day and they did not complain once even though they were getting soaking wet. The price was really reasonable and I have already recommended Moving Services of America to a friend who is planning on using them this week! more

Moving Services of America were punctual, considerate and very cautious in handling our furniture. They had to deliver my baby grand piano to the second level of our home and they planned and executed this tough task with great professionalism and calm. They came prepared with a piano board, they knew to take the legs off before moving it and they places it safely in my upper living area with great care. Everything was in place by the end of the day, with only my boxes waiting for me neatly in the appropriate rooms. I finished unpacking the last of the boxes a few weeks ago and everything was in perfect condition. more

I have moved with this company before and they are professionals. They know how to treat their customers. I was really happy with the movers they sent me, they were really nice guys. Hard workers and polite. They moved my stuff with the utter most care. I had a lot of fragile, so they packed everything like professionals. Nothing got broken or damaged. I got so relieved when I finally moved, because a lot of the things I have so much sentimental value and I would be devastated if anything happened to any of my stuff. more
