Just to let you ALL know (especially the guy who wrote they had horrible customer service) they haven't ever had 3 phone numbers to contact only one. It is a one person run shop and if they run out of flowers, they do everything under the sun to be able to get something comparable and will stay in touch with every wire order that they can't fulfill or need to ask for permission to change the order to something better for the same amount of money. I know this, because I am the owner's DAUGHTER. I live in TN. She owned a florist here too. The work that she does goes above and beyond ANYTHING you could get at another florist. I've seen the arrangements she sends out. I was down there with her for 6 months. The price you pay for a wire order - when it's put together is actually better looking than the picture of what you've ordered.
As far as poor customer service goes, she may be VERY hard to reach because she doesn't have a cell phone, but I can guarantee you that if you're unhappy with something, if you call the shop phone number (the ONLY number there is), then she will do whatever it takes to make her customers happy.
