My fiance is a drummer of a popular local band and has been playing for most of his life. We were recently driving in the area and thought to stop at Daddy's to pick up a pair of sticks. Although they cost more than he typically pays for the same brand of sticks, we got them anyway since we were there. When showtime rolled around, one of the drumsticks broke the very first time he played them, and on the very first song. Not a problem, since he's got plenty of spares hanging off his kit... But when we brought the broken stick and receipt back to Daddy's, we were expecting them to replace the sticks, given they broke right after we bought them and the ridiculous price paid for them.. Nope! So rude, terrible customer service. Don't go here - things are over priced, and you won't receive good service - bring your business elsewhere!! There are plenty of places out there who will sell your favorite products at fair prices and treat you respectfully as you deserve. These places need to learn that when you don't treat people right, you lose customers and it will cost them! Warn your fellow musicians!
