The hotess and the bartender were very friendly; wait time was not long. We started with claws for an appetizer with a garlic butter sauce-it was really good, which is why we were so disappointed when the main entree arrived. We split a 14oz lobster tail. I don't know if it wasn't cooked all the way or if it was old-but there was an after taste that is similar to brie cheese crust that is too old-very acidic. I have never in my life sent anything back, but with this I did. I was afraid that eating it might make us sick. They sent it back and gave us another lobster-which had a very different texture to it-but the flavor wasn't much better. We actually left lobster on our plate. The waiter tried to make ammends and offered a key lime pie for us to share-didn't quite make up for our expereince. We don't plan to go back:(
