If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a eye exam, and after it was all done and when I asked for my prescription, I was told it'll cost an additional $20 because the ""doctor needs to sign it"" what the hell? I'm legally obligated to my copy of the eye exam prescription without being charged for a ""copy fee"". Not to mention their so called ""doctor"" whose on her mighty high horse to sign a piece of paper couldn't answer any of my questions and just mumbled a bunch of crap not to mention her constant coughing in a tiny confined space, thanks for your crappy germs and SERVICE! WILL NOT GO BACK, EVER! more

Do not trust the user above [JohnMerrick]. He is just one unhappy customer who probably took way way way too much time at the store. I've never seen the owner act out like that and if the customer needed that much time to try on different contacts, the owner would allow it. He is never rude or scary. No employee is scared of him. He is actually genuinely polite and congenial. \r \r The store here and the other location on Kissena Blvd. are full of GREAT SELECTION of glasses! They have tons of designer sunglasses and glasses and the owner tries to cut back the price as much as possible for the customer. \r \r If you plan on spending your money somewhere for glasses, spend it here rather than anywhere else. Other places do not have such great service or prices! Pros: wonderfully nice employees/owners; great selection! more

BEWARE!\r The owner of this place is EXTREMELY RUDE! Not to mention, he treats his employees like dirt. DO NOT give him your hard earned money.\r I have been wearing contacts for 18 years. I tried 3 different brands of disposable contacts that didn't fit properly in my eyes, by the forth pair, I found a brand that actually fit correctly. When the owner found out, he freaked out And said that I couldn't try any more , so if these didn't fit, then nothing else would! And that it doesn't take other people this long! WHAT???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? These are MY EYES and I know what feels right and what doesn't ! Even the Optometrist agreed with me but was too scared to speak up for fear of loosing their job. This guy owns 2 stores, so, watch out! Pros: Employees are very friendly. Cons: Owner is a Horror to deal with. more
