I will preface this review with the fact that Desy at the Citidel Mall in Colorado Springs was customer friendly and did a nice job, and yes, my teeth did come out whiter...HOWEVE...

My teeth were quite stained after years of coffee drinking and smoking (I know, not good). After finding my favorite whitening toothpaste (Crest 3D) I found my teeth were whiter, but not to the degree I was hoping for. So, I thought I would give Da Vinci a try. Before the treatment, the individual performing the service and you both determine the shade of your teeth. Mine were 9. After the treatment, my shade was at a 2. That means during this hour long treatment, my teeth ended up 7 shades whiter. Does it work? Yes. \r \r Amy did an excellent job. more

Love, love this place. I came to Flatirons to shop and DaVinci was the best thing I spent my money on and it was great! The tech was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Best results ever I ended at a -1, I definately recommend this to everyone!! The lady that was there before me also had great results and that's what made me do it!!!! more

Overall, the experience was pleasant. It was easy to schedule the appointment as well as to find the location. I was satisfied with the teeth bleaching effect and customer service. Though, my gums burned for the couple days and teeth remained sensitive for a week, I will repeat the procedure in couple month to get a beautiful Hollywood smile. more

Buyer Beware 1/7/2012

I will preface this review with the fact that Desy at the Citidel Mall in Colorado Springs was customer friendly and did a nice job, and yes, my teeth did come out whiter...HOWEVER, my gums and mouth paid the price!!! My gums were ""burned"" and are now very raw around the teeth in the front of my mouth, so bad they continue to hurt and bleed every time I try to brush my teeth, who knows how long this will take to heal? more
