My car recently broke down today at the walgreens parking lot on semoran blvd in orlando. i have AAA and called for service. I was told I had to wait for up to three hours before they could get to me. I called Firestone and they needed me to tow my car into their facility at my expense. I then wlaked over to Dns transmission and they came out to my car and gave me a boost. Thanks a million. You just gained a customer for life. more

I recently took my 2004 ford f 650 to the dealer for repairs. i was told the repairs would take about 5 weeks to get done. A neighbor suggested i go to DNS transmission. I did and my truck was ready in less than a week. thanks for getting me on the road again. more

I just have to say that these guys are REAL mechanics....they don't BS you they tell you everything you need to know about your vehicle....the are very professional and courteous. And they take very good care of your cars for sure. My girlfriend and I have had issues with our 2001 honda accord for quite some time..along with various other problems and i had gone around to get estimates to get it taken care of and everyone that gave me estimates(including places like TUFFY and Firestone) gave me estimates with out even looking at the car...I stumbled upon DNS TRANSMISSION because i was going to 7 11 right next door and told my girl ""lets try here"" so we did and we met Fernando one of the main guys there and he was very honest and up front with us and told us he can not give us an estimate without looking at the car and so he took it for about 45min to an hour and did a very thorough check on everything. He told us majority what was wrong...we knew we had issues with the transmission which was the one thing he could not tell us till it was taken apart...we were ok with that. We had taken our car last week to him @DNS Transmission and he let me know the time frame for everything that they were fixing and he took care of it in very timely manner for everything they did. My car is like a brand new car and they took VERY GOOD CARE OF US!! Every thing was very reasonably priced(best we could find) and we were notified of everything that was going on with the car(only mechanics around that I KNOW that have ever called us on a regular to let us know how the car is coming along and if there was anything else that was seen and need to b fixed) and again We are not a rich family so i don't have alot of money and Fernando worked with us and helped us out tremendously. I Just wanna THANK YOU FERNANDO FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM. My girl and I couldn't be more happy with the service that you and your crew have done for us!!! I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND TO EVERYONE THAT READS THIS!! DNS TRANSMISSION IS A TRUE 5 STAR SHOP!!! ps: you are not a mechanic obviously if you are taking it there so do yourself a favor give these guys the respect they deserve because they will treat you and your car VERY WELL!!! more

A few weeks ago i was on my way to the aiport when my car broke down. i managed to make it into dns transmission just as they were closing for the day. Not only did the guys waqit for me they helped me unload my luggage and gave me a ride to the airport. I made my flight on time and my car was repaired and given back to me washed and vacumed. thanks guys. more

DNS Transmission I brought my car in for timing chain repair the manager suggested to more

DNS Transgression did not meet my basic expectations. I brought my car in for a seal ring change and the manager suggested a complete overhaul for ""preventive maintenace"" and then proceeded to dismantle the entire transmission. To my dismay I would need $1,600.00 to repair items that MAY GO BAD in the future. Of course, I disagreed and requested to have my transmission reassembled. Not to mention, my car was there for 5 days with promises of daily updates before close of business. The only follow-up was done by me when I called to inquire on the status and request updates. Prior to this visit I had no shifting concerns or problems, but shortly after leaving I noticed grinding and my car failed to shift into third gear! I do not recommend this shade tree shop to anyone! I now need that same $1,600.00 for damages done by this company. Rest assured someone else will be reapairing their mess. more
