When I look fo r a trainer he has to be fit and inshape. David takes really good care of his body so iknow he will do th esame for mine. Not only does he customize your work out plan but also helps with your eating habits which is most important to being healthy and in shape. I love the gym he trains at its clean and your sessions are private one on one.
