Chad at DME is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. He educates us (the customer) about the product which gives me confidence in the product. The product itself is of high quality. Quotes are turned around in a timely manner. Product is shipped in the time frame quoted. Overall experience is great and would recommend. more

I've only dealt with DME Expansion Joints twice, and I think it was essentially for the same item. I have always bought the same thing form them, and it's been fine, except for one little hiccup. The wrong thing got sent once, but it got straightened out, and that's why I gave them a 4. Other than that, all the times we deal with them they have been fine. more

I've only placed one order with DME Expansion Joints, and as of right now I would say they are excellent, and I would recommend them. They seem responsive, as they get back to us quickly, and the orders seem to ship when they say they're going to ship, so that's a plus. We're off to a good start! more

I've been a customer with DME Expansion Joints since '77 or 78'. They occasionally build expansion joints for us, and they buy a lot from us, as well. For a company that's always busy, they are very service-oriented and easy to get in touch with. I know the owners of DME, the dad who used to run things, and the kids who run it now. They are a very well-run business. They are executing for service, and that's the name of the game. more

Easy to work with! 7/1/2011

I love DME Expansion Joints. As a supplier to them, we had a number of discussions on how we could get them better cash flow and available inventory and single source. We wrote up a nice proposal on how we would add a lot of value to them and gear them more toward their customers. I've seen big changes within a short period of time since we've become a supplier. Their offices are full of smiling and happy people and I think it's been great for both of us. We have partnered in a way that solves some minor issues. Our inventory for them consists of product packaged the way they like it, and is kept safely in their warehouse on skids. And they give us valuable feedback and forecasting. We are definitely now on the same page! more

My total experience with DME Expansion Joints has been good. I gave them all 4's because there is always room for improvement. What I do is test their product before they send it to another customer. Over the years I have worked with companies af all sizes from small to gient industries. Whithin a very few visits I form an opinion on the people I come in contact with in the company. At DME I am impressed with each and every person I come in contact with from management to the labor force. Each person will give you the assurance that they know thir job and do it well. Overall excellent 5/12/2011

When we got our first order from you, the part were supposed to be painted with the high temp. black paint and they weren't painted at all. I emailed my contact, Andrew Acosta, and was sent the cans of spray paint immediately for us to finish. more
