Wish I could give a negative star! I have had a way better experience with my past non-english speaking Slum Lord, then I have had with DJCRE! It takes them FOREVER to fix anythin...

Excellent! During our transaction I lost my grandmother in death-Fred was very understanding and made sure my Buyer had access to the property for the various appointments necessary for the 203K loan. He also worked with the Seller to allow us extra time for settlement with the difficult 203K loan process.All turned out well. We settled! more
