I took my 1999 Mercedes Benz here because it shut off short distance drive and won’t start. The crew told me it was starter problem. Though I was skeptical, I went along thinking they know what they were doing. First, I received a call from Darwin telling me one price but when I got there to pay, I was told a higher price ($245 more than what I was told on the phone). When I asked Bryant why change in price, he directed me to Darwin. Instead of Darwin to apologize, he said he only told me the price of the part not total cost. I asked him why he didn’t reveal total price on the phone, he became rude and told me “if you can’t afford Mercedes Benz don’t drive it” Bryant was there at the time.
After I paid them and pick up my SUV, 10 minutes later on the highway, My Benz stopped, showing the same symptoms as before. I called them and they towed it back to their shop. This time, asking for another $400 for ignition sensor. Very poor customer service, not trust worthy, and unprofessional.
