Dish is much better than cable tv. Ever since I moved out into my own place I have had Dish network. And for most all the years this satellite has been very good to have. I know people who have other providers, and I've tried theirs as well, but it just seems to be slower than mine. more

Liked Dish price 2/24/2011

We had been with cable for years and I could not begin to tell you how much better we have liked the dish-price is better, picture quality is better, and believe it or not, we have less problems with the satellite going out than we did with cable-and the satellite is usually only out a couple of minutes while it searches for new signal, where cable could be hours or more waiting for a servicer. more

set up time 2/23/2011

I'm certainly satisfied with Dish Network. I've had DISH a little over two years, and there have been some minor disturbances. It took them a little longer than they originally said for the installer to come, but when he did finally call and set up a time he actually got here about 3 hours early. If it's rains or snows really hard I do lose my signal temporarily, but that doesn't bother me any more than the crappy picture my old cable gave me with the same weather. The picture is much clearer and I like the choice of channels that are offered. I've had no problems with billing and no other customer service issues since having it installed. more

nothing's perfect 2/22/2011

I haven't had any problems with Dish Network ever. I know weather is a thing with satellite tv but let's accept it, nothing's perfect. With Dish, I am contented and it is better than any other providers I have had. more

Enticed to get Dish 12/22/2010

They have numerous subscribers that reaches around 14 million both residential and commercial customers. I found out about this when I read other customer reviews and I am just enticed to get their service. My basis is all the reviews and feedbacks coming from the subscribers. Great! more

I just transferred to my new house and we had Dish Network installed as well. We are contented the channels and the price we pay monthly is also very affordable. more
