Dish Network is a reliable company. If ever I have problems about my signal, they'd fix that problem as expected. No false hopes. Trustworthy company. more

ON TIME installation 3/1/2011

I am so pleased to have Dish now. I recently switched from Direct TV, because of the cost. I hear so many people complain about both networks, because of their customer service/ installers. The installer that came to my house was good! On time and well mannered. more

trustworthy 2/27/2011

I used Dish network for 10 months. Believe me, Dish is better than other providers. I have not experienced having customer service issues but I did experience having signal problem (it was so minor though when we had a storm). The problem was resolved in an hour after the heavy rain subsided. I can say that Dish is a good company and trustworthy. more

They have numerous subscribers that reaches around 14 million both residential and commercial customers. I found out about this when I read other customer reviews and I am just enticed to get their service. My basis is all the reviews and feedbacks coming from the subscribers. Great! more

Lesser problems and exciting channels 2/25/2011

We had been with cable for years and I could not begin to tell you how much better we have liked the dish-price is better, picture quality is better, and believe it or not, we have less problems with the satellite going out than we did with cable-and the satellite is usually only out a couple of minutes while it searches for new signal, where cable could be hours or more waiting for a servicer. more

Best Choice 2/24/2011

Dish Network is by far the best choice in television service today. If you break it down to cost per channel Dish is by far the cheapest overall. There is also a wide variety of channel options and packages so there is something for everyone. more

No intentions of switching 2/23/2011

My family has had Dish Network for about 5 years now. We have never had a problem with this company. I do feel that dish has a better electronic program guide than DirecTV so I have not intentions of switching in the future. And it is the cheapest provider I’ve known. We are only paying $84.99 per month. more
