Any place that bakes their own bread is good by me 7/15/2010

I found this place close to where I work, I was a little leary, but I like taking chances on locally owned restaurants. I was very glad I did. The first thing I tried was the breakfast sandwich and I was surprised to see the cook hand patty the sausage! It was right about then that they pulled the house made caramel rolls out of the oven. I was sold, I went back for lunch a few days later and had a darn good club sandwich. I introduced my boss to the place and now we eat there at least once a week. Pros: Friendly Service, great food and reasonable prices Cons: The place is a little out of the way. more

DD's Cafe has great food at a great price. Huge portions, good coffee, good service. It's the place I take everybody who wants to eat a good old fashioned, traditional breakfast. That's it. more

Great Food 7/30/2002

This little place has fabulous omelettes and 2 kinds of homemade hash at very reasonable prices. Great homemade bread. Portions are large, but for smaller appetites there's an option for smaller portions. Try the Grandpa's omelette, it's our favorite. more
