I called DC/AC with apprehension because I had a bad experience with another ""company"" and I was terrified of being ripped off again. Now let me tell you, this has been one of the best decisions I have made, like ever. Not only is their customer service excellent, but Brent Krueger, the owner, works on the field. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him walk through the door to service my AC unit. Mr. Brent is professional, attentive, and extremely competent. Not only did he listen to my description of the problem, he also took his time to educate me on the solution. While working on the unit, he explained what he was doing and what was going to be the next step. He did not try to up-charge me or make up problems that did not exist. This is a company with integrity. I will definitely called them for future service, you should do the same. more
