No comfort left unnoticed 3/8/2010

I just have to say, that was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. There was no comfort left unnoticed. I felt like I had luxurious treatment. You were extremely good as describing the procedure. I have been in plenty of patient care experiences and Dr. Hodge and Mary have it down. Mary especially was very aware of my needs and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience like so many in the health care field tend to do to their patients. I felt like I was a priority and I truly appreciate it. more

Berkshire Dental Group is an excellent dental practice. The Berkshire Dental offices are attractive and inviting. The Berkshire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienists and dental assistants are the best! Berkshire Dental Group makes a trip to the dentist a great experience! more

This was the best dental experience ever. I felt so at ease, was listened to & learned so much during my appointment. All the latest technology made for such a good experience. No matter what the distance, I will drive here for my dental "home." more

"Amazing Dental Office" 3/1/2010

Everyone has been exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating during each appointment. Nothing but kudos to the way the office is run. It is an amazing model that other medical facilities would do well to emulate. Dr. Hodge and his assistant (Mary) are wonderful. I have the utmost confidence in their expertise and bedside manner. more

It's like family 2/26/2010

You all make me feel like family. Candace, Theresa, Cheryl, Cindy & Brandy are a wonderful asset to the practice. Cheryl,Cindy and the front office are always very accommodating, trying to work me in. Thanks Dr Mongrain for putting up with a dentist daughter, sometimes we can be a pain. Excuse the pun!
