I have purchased three cars from D'Arcy GMC in Joliet in the last two months. My husband referred his mom and she purchased a car two weeks ago. \r \r 2008 Toyota RAV4 for my daughter\r 2008 Sierra Truck for my son\r 2013 GMC Terrain for myself\r \r Luke and Jason were AMAZING! We were car shopping and Darcy's won our business!! We bought a 2015 GMC Acadia. It was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. We felt the experience was a very pleasant and enjoyable one. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. We were explained every detail on every move of the way. I had the worst experience with D'Arcy. I had a recall on a new Pontiac Solstice and they fixed it, I think!! While it was in the shop for repair, I had them look at the windshield for a manufacturers defect and they couldn't find the HUGE smudge that I was talking about. I also asked for touch-up paint and did not get any. I arrived to pick up my car after hours and had to speak to the cashier who was caught in the middle. I began to sit in my car and noticed that my coffee mug was spilled all over the center counsel. Nobody decided to clean up the mess. Then, I go to pull out my IPOD from the glove box and it's GONE!!!! I filed a police report, that was the most I could do for right now. Cons: Service sucked and I will never return more
