I retired from the practice of general internal medicine in 2013. A friend asked, “What are you going to do now?” “I’ll be a writer,” I said. During my 38 years of medical practice, I have written thousands of medical histories. My focus was helping patients actively participate in their medical care. This was captured in my book Self-Reliant Medicine. I had also served in leadership positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 26 years. I began a comprehensive study of the scriptures. I wanted to show how the word of God apples to everyday life. Out of this came a five-volume series called Lessons in Gospel Psychology. In 2013 I created a website to make my books available. I am now pleased to present my full collection
