I recently blew one of my tires on my IS. I?m in college and in between jobs so I was extremely nervous about how much this was going to run me. I called and before I made the appointment I wanted to get an idea of how much it was going to be. The service manager that I was connected to listened to my story and told me that when I come in we can work something out. I still didn?t have a price, but Mt Kisco has always been good to me and my family, we all have Lexus vehicles. When I got there, I met with the service manager and tried to make a deal. He actually helped me get down to a reasonable price, they are high-performance tires after all. I recommend Mt Kisco Lexus all the way more

keeping lexus in the family 2/1/2012

I?m a recent college grad and worked all throughout my college career saving money for something I?ve always wanted, an RX! Both of my parents have Lexus cars from the Mt Kisco dealership, so I knew that?s where I would go and see their salesman. My dad had taken me over the summer to see his guy. The showroom is beautiful and everyone was very friendly. We ended up being there for hours! But the salesman was very nice, took me on a test drive and went over all the features. I ended up leasing a black on black RX 350. My dad had paid the down payment and I am responsible for the monthly payment which is super affordable. Lexus of Mt Kisco is extremely luxurious but does not have that snobby attitude most dealerships are known for. more

IS F 1/25/2012

After having bought several luxury cars and I was looking around to add to my collection, I looked at IS F and it was the one I wanted. I e-mailed the sales people at the dealership hoping that someone would get back to me. They e-mailed me and scheduled an appointment to come in and look at it . We figured out all the paperwork and a week later I got my new IS F. more

I love the service department 1/2/2012

I bought my ES here and was so impressed with the dealership that I've gone back to have my car service a few times. Recently someone rear-ended me and while the damage wasn't too serious, my beautiful ES has scratches and chips in the paint all along the bumper! In a little more than a day, the Mt. Kisco service department had it fixed and cleaned for me. It looks even better than new now. They do wonderful work. more

So I checked prices at several other dealerships, checked with consumer reports, and even online prices! When I finally went to Lexus of Mt. Kisco, I test drove the vehicle of my interest, told my sales rep what I had for a deposit and what I was willing to pay monthly. I more

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Our sales person, was very professional and he knew ""everything"" about our Lexus. He made us feel very comfortable with our new purchase. He is very trustworthy with a wonderful personality. We would recommend Lexus of Mt. Kisco to anyone interested in a Lexus!! more

First Timer! 8/9/2011

I went to this dealership for the first time to possibly buy a car. The salesman, Chad, was so nice, helpful and so patient with me that I actually bought a Honda Accord. Chad took his time with me and explained everything; he made me feel comfortable and not pressured to buy a car. I will recommend this dealership and this salesman to all of my friends. more

Love my Lexus 8/3/2011

I would like to commend Tom and the staff of Lexus of Mt. Kisco for what turned out to be the most pleasurable new vehicle shopping experience I could have ever experienced. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and interacting with Tom and Sales Manager. During the time my husband and I were at the dealership asking questions and seeking advice, concerning what I was interested in, Tom never caused me to feel pressured or rushed into a decision. This was our second new Lexus purchase from Lexus of Mount Kisco. We returned because of wonderful service on our first Lexus and for the great salesperson and the exceptional routine maintenance. We returned to this dealership for each routine oil change and maintenance and each time were treated with great respect and courtesy. Our salesperson was very professional and personable salesperson. He knows the cars inside and out and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your decision. more

Very Pleased 5/2/2011

We had an amazing experience with Peter Micca! He was honest, direct and knew the info we needed inside and out! He helped us to make an informed decision about our new vehicle (down to the color!) and we couldn't be happier! We will send all friends and family in the market for a new vehicle directly to him. Peter worked hard to make sure our monthly payment was within our budget and even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were figuring out all of our new features.
