I worked here for several years. I'm not posting this because I am disgruntled, nor to sway you to bring your trailer to me for repair. Yes, i do have my own trailer repair business. I am posting this because, morally I feel obliged to share this because all too often with businesses in this industry it has become common practice. #1 research part prices. I can't count the number of times I have seen customers charged 2 to 3 times the actual cost. #2 get a receipt with a specific list of the service you have requested. Numerous times additional services are added to the ticket under the heading of ""necessary service"". The ideology is you will come back because you have no choice. #3 If you want a job done a specific way, stay on top of them. Common practice is to do least possibly that can be gotten away with, regardless of quality of work, because if it breaks you can be charged again and maybe it will damage more the next time. #4 If you need your repair completed by a certain date, check on the status of your trailer. Once your trailer is dropped off most times if another job comes in that will pay same day it will take precedence above your trailer. In my opinion the quality of work has diminished and customer service is a thing of the past.
