I didnt personally go there but Ill tell you my fiance bought my engagment ring there and I fell in love with it. No to mention what he paid was a great price for what I got!

First the BS that he will match or beat any online price is completely incorrect. My fiancé and I went in saying we found a pretty decent ring online for $250 and he automatically said you'll find NOTHING here for that low... Then he essentially degraded my 4 carat diamond ring that is worth more than any of the items in that store. He also said that we should just go back to the jewelers who my fiancé got ""that thing"" from. He wasn't even interested in taking a number incase he came across the ring.... DO NOT GO HERE.... DO NOT TRUST... Go elsewhere first... more

I find the man (owner?) who works there to be extremely rude. He is constantly on the phone and acts as if it is a bother to wait on you. The prices are outrageous. I will not return. He claimed he could not assist me, so I went to Sobrans in Allegheny township and received excellent care and got my problem taken care of at no charge! more
