D & M Muffler

Very unkind and untruthful people and very poor customer service. shoddy work, including Scab welds exhaust hangars to frame of vehicle, poorly bent crush pipes. Breaks off exhaust manifold bolts and doesn't fix them. Do not recommend! Pros: null Cons: null more

D & M is an ok muffler shop, although i am dissatisfied with their work, they have the right work ethic but not the right attitude, they know nothing of the science of exhaust flow only how to run a cheap and fast peice of pipe thorugh an overpriced muffler. i have had to take my truck there 3 or 4 times and it is still not fixed properly. They welded (barely) a y pipe to my fabbed exhaust flange and it hits my torsion bar and makes an annoying racket. i had just completely rebuilt a race engine for my truck and the exhaust toatlly compromised its performance, now i am out over 100$ even though i brought my own muffler, and my exuast is worse now than it was before i had an exhaust! next time i will do all of this work myself. the exhaust also drags the ground and the penetration and soundness of their welds is questionable. also another issue that really bothered me is they heated my torsion bar red hot while heating the exhaust pipe in an effort to bend it out of the way, they pun more
