I have never been treated as badly as I was by Annette Rutschow at DMJ Automotive.She told me the rental for a U-haul trailer was $14.95/day then placed a hold on my credit card for double the amount in case I kept it for 2 days (which I was fine with), then I checked my credit card statement and they charged me $24.95 without even notifying me!!! I went in to tell them they made a mistake and they said TOO BAD! They can change prices when ever they want! She said that was their fee even though I have a receipt stating it was $14.95/day! She said too bad she is NOT giving us a refund for the $10 she overcharged and said I could do nothing about it! Annette Rutschow had the worst attitude and practically kicked me out of her store. That was the worst part not to mention that the guy who attached the trailer to my SUV did not put it on correctly which caused the trailer to fall off and scratch my whole bumper on my NEW truck! When I called and spoke to Annette, she said too bad call U-Haul, it's not their problem!!! I will NEVER go there again and I am going to tell everyone I know about the horrible experience with Annette Rutschow! How can you operate a business with that customer service? I do not know!
